Fast food meals available everywhere, but try the occasional Indian or Chinese which will not cost a fortune. Self made picnic snacks help reduce costs and one really big meal in the evening extends the budget |

Alcohol is exspesive when eating out, small supermarkets do not sell any strong drink but are good for soft drinks especially bottled water. Ask locals for the club scene, not now my style. |

Topaki Palace and Harem, River trips, Both the large Mosques, and rides on the tramway, its great fun just watch your bags during rush hour, everyone gets up close!!. |

Conversely, the lobby and dining area has been renovated in modern decor. Breakfast is good, and the space comfortable. It also is very good value in a large city like Istanbul. By addressing some of my concerns, it could be a really good place to stay. |
