Avoid the famous restaurant across the street. Their food is too oily. A small restaurant (across from famous wonton) near the Antique Street Hostel is good. Don't be put off by stinky tofu - it tastes ok. |

Huangshan mountain. Do this in a day trip unless you have some mad compulsion to see the sunrise. I stayed the night and the sun rose in the rain. The odds of getting a good sunrise are slim. |

The Old Street Cafe--A little pricey, but great ambiance and wonderful service. Very nice people working there, and the owner will entertain you and tell you travel tips on where to visit near Huangshan. |

ask for the hotspring, even in summer. after the huangshan mountain it is very relaxing. they pick you up at the hostel and bring you back. a lot of different hot tubs...very nice |

THE PLACE ACROSS THE STREET Seriously good food and at an amazing price too. Though going with a group is better as more food can be ordered and tried you can go by yourself and have a few dishes alone though going in a group does work out cheaper aswell |
