South Beach, North Fork. The waves are great; the water is warm, and it drops to 8 feet deep and then you end up on this wonderful sandbar that is shallow. Lots of fun! |

HI Hostel Martha's VineyardThe Martha's Vineyard Hostel is the first purpose built hostel in the USA. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, dining area and two common rooms. Private and coed dormitory rooms are available. Breakfast, wifi access and parking are free. All bed linens and a bath towel are included in the overnight rate. The hostel is a great place for groups and offers several activity packages. There is a spacious yard for outdoor dining or a great game of sand volleyball. The Vineyard Hostel is centrally located between the Aquinnah Clay Cliffs, Menemsha Fishing Village and Oak Bluffs' "Ginger Bread" Cottages. There is bus stop across the street from the hostel and a bike path runs behind it. Martha's Vineyard is an island with a rich history of relaxation and outdoor activities ranging from beautiful public beaches, bicycle paths and art galleries to chartered fishing trips, kayak adventures and farm visits. | more...... |
