02 Aug 2011 Randall, USA:
There is a great brewery/pub just a couple blocks down the street. In Adams Morgan on 18th Street (?) is a landmark Ethiopian restaurant and almost directly across the street a WONDERFUL bar/lounge coffee/drink phantasma called Tryst. Tryst is one of the great "hangouts" you will ever hang out in. Bring your computer. |

24 Jul 2011 Klementyna, USA:
Thai Yum down the street. It's much cheaper and tastier than the quick eats directly on the Inner Harbor. |

03 Jul 2011 Conor, Australia:
Rather then waiting in line and paying for the Washington Monument, although well worth it if you've got the time, another option is to visit the "Old Post Office" at the junction of 11th street and Pennsylvania. The view from the clock tower is excellent and the entire attraction is free. Can't go wrong with that. |
