The kitchen towels are a "homey" touch and I saw people using them without fear of contagion. The kitchen seems "tighter" in terms of not looking cluttered and not inviting bad behaviors--- I saw far fewer "dumps" in the kitchen areas, which suggests that guests are complying and being responsible versus simply abandoning their dirty dishes/throwing them in the trash can. |

I suggest "Turn off when not in use" labels be posted at every light switch, in keeping with your conservation policies. John is doing a fabulous job for morning breakfast service. |

Reception might tighten up a bit on informing guests about how beds are assigned, the no eating in rooms policy, and general courtesy to fellow guests. I ran into quite a few hostelers who thought the place was a hotel ("Will we receive clean towels every day?" etc.) |
