02 Apr 2011 Lorena, Canada:
The seawalls have awesome views, Dallas Road great for the spectacular sunsets. Beacon Hill Park especially the wild part with all the cool garry oak trees. Feeding the ducks was fun and I found a heron nesting there and a peacock. If you're a history buff like I am lots of historical places with cool stories. The John Adams Ghost Tours is loads of fun. This year spring was late but the gardens are gorgeous! Craigdarroch Castle, Victoria Art Gallery, High tea at a James Bay business on Menzies kitty corner from the legislative buildings & at The Blethering Inn is at least 60% cheaper than high tea at The Empress. |
