Not exactly budget but worth a splurge, Dottie's True Blue Cafe for breakfast/Sunday brunch. the waiting line to get a table is daunting, probably best to arrive as close to opening time as possible for Sunday breakfast/brunch but it was worth the wait, get the cinnamon\ginger pancakes. 522 Jones St. (between Geary St & Ofarrell St)
