Just two or three minutes from the hostel, there is a grocery market and you can buy what you want to eat, and you can cook the kitcken in the hostel. The kitchen is always clean and the staffs often keep cleaning. |

HI Hostel San Diego - Point LomaPoint Loma hostel is set in the middle of a quiet, friendly residential community in San Diego. A beautifully renovated grocery store, a few restaurants, charming public library and a bank are all within a block of the hostel. There is ample free public parking outside the hostel and the bus stop is just a block away. If you are touring our part of San Diego on bicycle, we have plenty of bike racks inside our courtyard to help keep your bike secure. We are minutes away from our local beach, you will find the perfect place for an exciting adventure or a relaxing escape. Ocean Beach (O.B.) is a colourful slice of urban bohemia. There you will find an abundance of quaint, locally-owned restaurants, bars, and shopping. Go surfing, rollerblading, skateboarding, bicycling, or just hang out at the beach!
