Harbor River Cruise to the waterfall. The host is dressed in costume and speaks in French and English. He tells all about the history and landmarks and shipping. Great Tour! The Parliment Bldg. and The Citadel were awesome and the Carriage Rides quaint. You can walk to all attractions. |
