Across the road from the hostel is a pizza place where you can get 2 slices of cheese pizza and a soda for $4.75 On the corner of 104th and Amsterdam is Kim's Fruit and Veg, great bread rolls/bagels and other well-priced fruit for a quick and cheap breakfast or snack |

go on the tour of Cnteal Park, brillaint tour run by local guy, but beware he loves to chat and can go a little slow. |

I was able to go to Staten Island and pass by Statue of Liberty....on a free ferry. Runs all night. Great watching Sunset on Ferry. Catch the train get off ....walk to ferry. |
