The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the "pay-as-you-wish" after 5pm at the Guggemheim on Saturdays, the Lower East Side, West Village, and at least a visit to a goed restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. I got several i like actually, but not all of them in HK |

Actually didn't have time to participate actively on this activities. Most of my time i had it commited either to my friends in NY, or to go on my own to museums, and a two half days conference i was attending. |

Top of the Rockafella!! Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty are a must visit on the Islands. Highly reccomend going to watch the Lion King on Broadway. |

a free (or optional 5 dollar donation) museum, American Crafts, Lincoln Square across fromLincoln Ctr in NYC, current exhibit is American quilts, fabulous. Entirely free museum--American Indian--part of Smithsonian--dowtown NYC. Both museums have good gift shops. Interestg gift shop at Morgan Library (Murray Hill NYC) is in Morgan's old library--terrific. Grand free exhibits at NY Public Library, 42nd and Fifth Ave., NYC--not all books, many historically fascinating objects--even typewriters of famous writers, VirginiaWoolf,s diary, etc |
