Aquarium and cannery row a short 5 minute walk down the hill, and also huge outlet store mall just past the aquarium. Nice and short drive down to Carmel and beautiful hiking trails at Pt. Lobos nearby. Free Maritime History Museum down near the old Fisherman's Wharf, great free samples of chowder along the wharf. Bike rental enable use of the wonderful bike path along the shore. Kayak rentals also available to paddle with the seals and sea lions. |

Rosita's is awesome! There are some very reasonably-priced items on the menu. Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had, and the potato salad was like home made. |

HI City Center in San Fran is a really cool, old place with in-room showers and bathrooms! Very safe despite being on the edge of an "edgy" area. Great staff, great international experience. |
