Memensha : for the sunset and the fresh fish. Go on the other side of the marina from where the bus leave you. You have to go up the hill, till the stop sign, and then down. A bit expensive, compare to Plymouth. |

I stay at the H I. Quiet evening. Don't know much about nightlife. The bus service end too early, and, after that, the rate of the taxi is jumping, I have been told. Much of the people stay at the hostel at night. |

Oak Bluff, Aquinnah ( don't mind nudists, but the're were to many exhibisionnists the day I've been there). Edgartown. ( Don't waist your time with Chappaquidick ; the ferry is too expensive and not much to see there. Perhaps East Beach would have been interresting, but could'nt found it du to poor indication. But you have to pay to access to that park and also to Wasque point. ) |

| HI Hostel HI - West Tisbury - Martha's Vineyard Martha's Vineyard is an island with a rich history of relaxation and outdoor activities ranging from beautiful public beaches, bicycle paths and art galleries to chartered fishing trips, kayak adventures and farm visits. Attractions such as the Aquinnah Clay Cliffs, Chappaquiddick island, Menemsha fishing village and Oak Bluffs gingerbread houses are easily accessible.
Guests under the age of 18 require a legal guardian or parent.
Hostelling International is a non-profit association. Non-members pay an additional 3 USD per overnight over the membership rate.
