Don't spend to long in Waikiki - it's a bit like disney world. Rent a car and drive around. I strongly recommend Honama bay and driving over the Pali Highway. |

Depending on your taste there are plenty of reasonable options close to the hostel. Look at the menu it may surprise you at how inexpensive some meals are. |

It's not budger meal, but if you go to downtown and if you like cheese cake, you should go to OTTO CAKE. They have awesome cheese cake and strowberry ginger lemonade. |
