Québec - Îles de la Madeleine archipelago, located in the very centre of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, is known for its lush green hills, stunning red cliffs, 300 km of golden sand beaches, welcoming inhabitants and delicious fish and seafood based dishes. The hostel is located in the Parc de Gros-Cap peninsula, only 4 km from the harbour, on the main island, just in front of the water. The park offers a campsite for 100 persons as well as guided sea kayak tours. The archipelago is bustling with many outdoor activities - you will find sailing, windsurfing, kite flying, horseback riding, fishing excursions, bird watching, hiking, cycling, etc. Music and cultural programs will entertain you in the evening. | more......
