We ate almost exclusively from the supermarket next door as the hostel has a kitchen. |

La moucherotte is the large mountain next the hostel if you get the 5100 from the train station you get a pleasant drive through the mountains and the option to climb another 1000 to the top on an easy path. Great view. |

We arrived around 9/10 on a Saturday evening and there wasn't much open. We did manage to find a takeaway Chinese place 5 minutes' walk away that wasn't bad. Ask the staff at the hostel. |

There's a place called Casino right on the corner that has meals for about 3-6 euro. I didn't go there but I heard it's ok. |
