HI Hostel Glanmore Lake, Co Kerry YHA

This Kerry hostel is an old school house and is located at the foot of the Tim Healy Pass and is near the Beara Way. The view from the top is reminiscent of the Alps and is magnificent. The area has all the nature lover would want - lakes, sea, mountains and forests! The Healy Pass is situated between Adrigole and Lauragh and is famous for some of the most stunning scenery in Ireland. Located on the wild and remote Beara Peninsula with rugged cliffs and wonderful sandy beaches. The Youth Hostel is ideal for exploring the Beara Way, Dursey Island by cable car and the numerous archaeological and historical interest nearby.
