Siena. It's still in Tuscany and is very pretty. It's like a much toned down version of Florence with some great museums and attractions, plus the public transportation that leaves out of Siena is amazing and you can go anywhere in Tuscany. My advice is only stay a couple of night though. It's pretty but can get old real fast. The hostel is also kind of remote and the buses don't run as often as in major cities. |

eat at the hostel - can get 2 courses, bread roll and a piece of fruit or yoghurt for 10 euro or a single meal for 6.50 euro. the kitchen staff are lovely, really friendly. |
