Metro system was great only 5 minutes walk to the hostel and last train was around 23:30. So you can enjoy the night life in Dubai.

Go to Abu Dhabi great mosque. It is a 2h bus ride and cost around 20-25 dirhams one way. The tour of the mosque is interesting and totally free. To get to the bus station, take the metro to AL Ghubaiba Station and walk 80m.
