15 Jul 2011 Sylviane, France:
Le train Dombas- Andalsnes. Pour le reste il vaut mieux avoir un moyen de locomotion |
16 Feb 2011 Timothy, England & Wales:
Not really an eating-out kind of town although there is a Pizza restaurant. The hostel meals are good value and waaay-better than Frich's cafeteria in the centre. Or you can self cater from a Kiwi or Coop. |
16 Feb 2011 Timothy, England & Wales:
Great walks and skiing all around, near and far. Muscox safaris near Hjerkin. Rauma train to Andelsnes or up the main line to Oppdal and Trondheim. |
20 Sep 2010 Timothy, England & Wales:
Trolltun Hostel is your best bet. The centre of Dombås is a truck stop (literally) and Frichs cafe is overpriced for the 'quality'. There are kiwi and coop supermarkets in the centre, neither open on Sunday |
20 Sep 2010 Timothy, England & Wales:
Not really that kind of place. |
20 Sep 2010 Timothy, England & Wales:
Rauma train down to Andelsnes. As scenic as the Flåm railway IMO. |
20 Sep 2010 Timothy, England & Wales:
Alesund to the west, Lillehammer to the South. Hjerkinnhus Hotell or Fjellstue to the north |
