Travel Tips for HI Hostels in Czech Republic
|
Cesky Krumlov - Travellers Hostel, Kristen, USA:
This town is spectacular! The castle is one of the prettiest in all of Europe because it sits on a hill over the old town, which is all cobbled with skinny little roads, lots of restaurants and bars and pubs (which most are closed as early as mid-October for the season). Park in the big lot under the castle and walk though the hole under the tall part into the town. Go over the bridge, then take first left and then first right and you are there. |

Prague - Hostel Advantage, Merinda, Australia:
Restaurant in the basement was great for convenient, good-priced traditional Czech food. The waiter didn't speak much English, but understood enough to help us with our food selection. Generous quantities and really tasty. |

Prague - Travellers Hostel, Louise, England & Wales:
Lokal restaurant, right next door to the hostel. Really friendly and decent prices. |
