I traveled around town mostly on foot, by city bus (la colectiva) and by subway (Subte) with no problem. If you speak Spanish, people are very helpful with directions, etc. I'm 62 and legally blind. After dark, I took taxis, also without problems; I was careful about which cabs I used, traveling alone. |

This hostel is one of the HI network hostels in Argentina and one of the eight hostels in Buenos Aires area. Our hostel boasts an unbeatable location and it has modern and spacious facilities with a great bar to start your night. Our hostel is located less than 200mts from the Obelisk and the world renowned “Avenida 9 de Julio”.
The hostel has the best possible quality in a relaxed atmosphere. We are located in Avenida Corrientes, in a 100 years old building that has been refurbished. You will be nicely surprised by our room’s space, with traditional high ceilings and large windows and wooden floors. All rooms have access to a fully equipped kitchen and to a modern and clean bathroom, and they have a locker where you can fit a backpack.
