Checkpoint Charlie Museum was amazing and really easy to get to by the M29 bus, but again beware bus prices are also really steep, 6.10 for a day pass mounts up if you stay there for a while. Most of our Berlin budget went on travel alone. |

Warsaw! Fantastic city, forget the people who say it's concrete jungle, get to the old town and it's breath taking, also check out Oki Doki Hostel, it is super and the staff are super friendly! |

All the usual tourist attractions in Berlin (see the tourist guide) plus Sansoussi Park in Potsdam, and Sachsenhausen - spooky but worth the effort. Both easily reached on public transport (S Bahn + trams) but buy your tram tickets beforehand as the ticket machines on the trams are in German and take a bit of figuring out. |
