basically all the restaurants on that street are pretty cheap. there's a dumpling place and noodle place maybe 5 stores down to the right of the hostel, clean and very affordable.

I think one of the best places in Beijing in general at night is Houhai. It happens to be within walking distance from this hostel or you can take a 10yuan cab ride if your lazy haha many live entertainment bars and restaurants at night.
