Fabulous night time outdoor cafes, outside the hostel, great atmosphere, food varied in standard. Don't buy Thai beer, its twice as expensive than 7/11 across the road. |

when going to or from the International airport, don't get the express train as it's 90 butts and it is only 10 minutes quicker than the stopping service, but you have to be insistent as everyone directs you to the express, you just get a ticket from the machine it's 45 butt. |

All the attractions in the old town, go every where by water boat, avoid the tourist one far too expensive, get the public one, 15 butt per journey. Great to be on the water at night, lights are fabulous. |
