If you're interested in nature, the Aquarium in town is small but really very well done. We didn't realize that we could check out their boats as well -- wish we'd had time to take advantage of that! |

So expensive in Norway. Buy fresh bread & produce and have a picnic on the pier. Gekken's served excellent salmon. Skip overrated uber expensive buffet at Kviknes. |

Quiet town - which is it's appeal. Kids loved seeing Harry Potter premiere in movie theatre which TI didn't have much info about. Leave Hostel, take a right and go one block. Free movie poster drawings afterward. |

14 Jul 2011 Lisa, USA:
Hike the trails. Aquarium for family was really nice with free canoe/rowboat use afterward. Recommend the canoes over the rowboats. |
