There's not a lot to eat in Vik so enjoy the gas station. Otherwise there is a grocery market that has a nice selection of fresh fruits / veggies.

Look up groups like mountainguides.is (I think that's their site) and go ice climbing on the glacier. Skogar isn't too far and there's a great waterfall and small museum to check out.

The only restaurant in town (off-season) is at the petrol station and it closes at 7.30pm, so make sure you get there in time, otherwise there's nothing.

Bonus. The nearest one I found is in Selfoss (if you're driving from Keflavik) so stock up. I also hear there was a good local place serving amazing soup near the swimming pool.

HI Hostel Vík

L'auberge se trouve à Vik, petit village d'environ 300 habitants. L'auberge offre une très belle vue sur le village. Vous y trouverez une cuisine indépendante et une salle à manger.
