There's a restaurant in the hostel that has affordable pad thai. 7-11's also pretty close. There's a guy that sells pad thai in front of the Wat down the street that makes amazing pad thai! You also have to check out the thai pancakes - there's a husband and wife that make banana ones with condensed mile on top for only $35BHT on the main strip (right before it gets really busy).

Do one of the boat tours to Ko Phi Phi. Don't go to Kai Island though because it's kinda lame. They charge you to sit on the seats (seriously). Maya Bay was cool. Lots of great things to see while snorkeling!

Spend a day in the area by the airport! There's an awesome beach there that isn't crowded and the room we got was pretty cheap (went in April). We stayed at Airport House. A nice lady runs the place. FYI if you go there you can definitely talk the price of the room down :) Check out the pizza place near by. Good food.

HI Hostel Phuket Karon Beach - Karon Living Room

Hôtel confortable avec de vastes chambres lumineuses, dans le quartier de Karon Beach. Un établissement 3 étoiles qui offre une ambiance maison et un bon rapport qualité - prix. La magnifique plage de Karon Beach se trouve à 10 petites minutes de marche, avec de bons restaurants et des magasins non loin. La vie nocturne endiablée de Patong se trouve à 15 mn de taxi. Il y a beaucoup à voir à Phuket, mais c'e sont surtout les célèbres îles Phi Phi et James Bond (Ko Phing Kan), rendues célèbres par le film "L'homme au pistolet d'or", qui sont les plus appréciées. Les chambres sont bien équipées et sont délicieuses après une journée animée, sans oublier le prix réduit qui donnera encore plus de charme à vos vacances. | plus......
