There's a Chinese restaurant on the corner to the left if you're exiting the building. They speak English and the food's pretty decent. We both got meals under 5 euros. Also, there's a grocery store behind the hostel and a little to to the left when you're facing the hostel. |

The hostel does have CHARGEABLE Wi-Fi (not free) and the logging-in procedure is exceptionally awkward, with two 20-digit passwords plus name and email address required. |

I found Paris is much more beautiful by night time than that of day time. If you plan to take a boat trip along the Seine, make sure it is getting dark enough so you can enjoy the beautiful scene along the river! |
