| HI Hostel HI - Montara - Point Montara Lighthouse Sur la côte escarpée de Californie, à 40 km au sud de San Francisco, un phare historique et ses installations antibrouillard datant de 1875, ont été préservés et restaurés par HI-AYH et le Service des Parcs et Espaces de loisir de Californie, en coopération avec les garde-côtes. Explorez la côte ; observez la migration annuelle des baleines grises (nov-avr). Visitez la réserve marine James Fitzgerald toute proche, 7 km de piscines naturelles regorgeant d'étoiles de mer, crabes, moules, ormeaux et anémones de mer.
