We had dinner in the hotel nearby,i'd definitely recommend the salmon. Service was great. |

We went into the bar of the hotel each night(the lounge was very quiet).There was a dj on saturday and a band on sunday, both nights entertainment were very good.But there is a night club in the nearby town of Laragh but we didnt venture that far. |

Horseriding. We were collected by the girl at the stables nearby and went trekking for an hour. It was my first time on a horse. I didnt expect to be riding my own horse through the nearby fields. I would definitely recommend it. |

The Glendalough Visitor centre is well worth a visit to learn about St Kevin before exploring the Monastic Site. Lots of easy walking, unfortunately it rained heavily the day we had planned to walk, went to Avoca instead, where Ballykissangel was filmed |
