If you've got a rental car, take the circle trip through the Julian Alps; we stayed at another hostel right next to the TI in the town center of Kobarid, which also has a great little museum with English explanations of all the exhibits. Kobarid also had a nice walk up to a beautiful little falls a short distance from town -- good to do before or after a long drive. |
