This hostel is not near a shop, except by bus to Comrie. Comrie has a good butchers, bakers and grocers for local produce, otherwise the cafes in Comrie are good. |

The circular walk at Comrie is a two- hour easy walk with spectacular views and the De'ils Cauldron to look at. This hostel specialisesin outdoors stuff especially cycling. |

tried 3 pubs in crief and 2 in comrie all friendly bars - several with jukeboxes/pooltables, what more do you need? - or you can head to perth but why bother? |

I think that anybody going there can experience a range of great walks or bike rides, and the off road tracks that they have will suit from a novice to testing a top rider to the limits. |
