Reception might tighten up a bit on informing guests about how beds are assigned, the no eating in rooms policy, and general courtesy to fellow guests. I ran into quite a few hostelers who thought the place was a hotel ("Will we receive clean towels every day?" etc.) |

To get from Union Station to the hostel, take a Circulator. You catch it on upper level of Station where bus parks. $1 exact change required. Also goes to Georgetown from hostel neighborhood. |

Supreme Court of Justice - lecture around 12.30 is extremely interesting Library of Congress - the largest library in the world and most probably one of the most beautiful one; great exhibitions, incredible treasures; very good (free) guided visits Obvious visits: the Smithsonian museums, the Capitol, the Holocaust memorial |
