There was a roadside mexican cafe about a quarter mile on Highway 1 from the property heading south. It is on the right side of the road; it may look a little rough but the food was good and we noticed a lot of locals coming for takeout. |

HI Hostel Montara - Point Montara LighthouseEn la escarpada costa californiana, a 37,5 km al sur de San Francisco, HI-YHA y el Departamento Californiano de Parques y Recreos, en cooperación con los Guardacostas, han preservado y restaurado el histórico faro y la estación de señalización de nieblas de 1875. Explora la costa; observa la migración anual de ballenas grises (de noviembre a abril). Visita la cercana reserva marina James Fitzgerald, un tramo de 6 km de charcas de mar repletas de estrellas de mar, cangrejos, mejillones, orejas marinas y anémonas.
