Ye Olde Kings Head Pub is at the end of the block from the hostel, and they have excellent food, wonderful service.

The musicians and performing artists on the Third Street Promenade are wonderful - and talented. I was able to see Amy May perform live, for free, chat with her and bought her latest CD. Fantastic talent.

Definitely do not miss Saturday night under the stars, watching movies projected onto the side of a mausoleum at the Forever Hollywood Cemetary. Very good, relaxed crowd. Unique experience that isn't at all creepy. Go to the Cinespia.org website for the movie schedule.
