If you like a sea food, would you try to go the Huangsha fish market. You can reach to there by a ferry in front of the youth hostel. You can buy some shrimps or seashells and go to near a Chinese restaurant that place open late afternoon and will cook delicious sea food cuisine. |

Eat with the locals: go left out the front door, turn left at the next major street, then right at the next one. About half way down the block on the LH side of the road there are vendors selling "hgot pot" foods at night" Yummy. OTOH, Right on the corner of the block (remember you have walked 2 complete blocks by now) there is a bakery on the left and a restaurant on the right. The restaurant has VERY nice food for 5 to 12 Yuan. Certainly better nutrition than the overpriced food at the hostel. |

HI Hostel GD Guangzhou - Riverside International YHEl albergue juvenil Guangzhou Riverside International está al lado del río de Pearl, en el lado opuesto a las antiguas oficinas extranjeras que se conservan muy bien y es donde se pueden ver fuertes influencias coloniales. A lo largo de la ribera del río, hay pubs y bares, restaurantes, cafés y una zona cultural y artística transformada de antiguas fábricas. La fachada del albergue da al río y tiene vistas del conocido hotel White Swan, entre una hilera de árboles que añaden colorido al paisaje. Es un lugar donde se juntan el pasado y el presente, y donde se mezclan las actividades y la tranquilidad. El albergue cuenta con dormitorios, habitaciones de dos camas, individuales, habitaciones con baño que dan al río y habitaciones familiares.
