13 Abr 2011 Jeremy, Inglaterra e Gales:
The Isrotel Hotel about 20k down the road in the Ein Bokek complex. The bar meals are reasonably priced and very good (+ good portion sizes). It feels luxurious but the price is right and they don't mind people dropping in, ie you don't have to be staying at the hotel to eat there. |

Walking in the moonlight! This is a very quiet area, excellent for peaceful reflection and good conversation over wine. There are NO places to party nearby!!! |

13 Abr 2011 Jeremy, Inglaterra e Gales:
Ein Gedi spa: mud, freshwater pool (great for the kids), sulphur pools and showers + best beach to enter the Dead Sea from. |

13 Abr 2011 Jeremy, Inglaterra e Gales:
Jerusalem is an easy day trip (1 hour away). Mamshit is an hour in the other direction and has a great camel ranch for camel rides. Also, Eilat is only a few hours south from here. |

The kibbutz up the road. The food everywhere else is overpriced and uninspiring. |

18 Feb 2011 Kathryn, Estados Unidos:
Nightlife in En Gedi is pretty limited, but there are always some friendly travelers hanging around the hostel and the nature centre next door. |

18 Feb 2011 Kathryn, Estados Unidos:
The waterfall walk up Wadi David, next to the hostel. It's an easy walk and really beautiful. |

18 Feb 2011 Kathryn, Estados Unidos:
We would have liked to visit more beaches...the En Gedi beach is pretty small and rocky, so access to the water is limited. |

11 Feb 2011 Boyce, Estados Unidos:
THe hostel evening meal is great. Good value, considering the location and lack of other options. |
