Impresionante el parque de Ein Gedi. Tambien desde el alberge se puede ir andando a un kibbut. La playa del mar muerto... las hay mejores, pero desde el alberge se puede coger un autobus que te lleva a una playa de barros en el mar muerto. Preguntar en recepcion. |

David's Waterfall and enjoy the refreshing smaller falls along the way. Such a blessing to see in the middle of the desert. Also, take time to rest (float) in the Dead Sea! I understand there is mud to be found just south of the designated beach area, so take a small stroll just past the landing and check it out and give yourself a mud bath first. It is suppose to be very good for your skin. I found out about the mud location after the fact and did not have time during the remainder of the trip to go see for myself, but will next time! The sea is amazing! God is so creative! |

Evening meal (which we pay upon check-in) was good, but basic. We were lucky to come to the canteen when there was few people there - nobody controled how much we eat. But then suddenly a big group of students came in and the staff began giving "one piece to one hand". |

If you take any bus with the direction to Eilat, you will get to Ein Bokek place, which is nice for eating, walking, relaxing - it looks like a big resort. It takes about 40 min. to get there by a public transport and 10-15 min. by taxi. |

Better to walk to the beach from the hostel for your dead sea swim, it is only a 10 minute walk and it is free compared with the En Gedi Spa a five minuts bus ride away. |

| HI Hostel Ein GediEl albergue Ein Gedi, que se encuentra en el lugar más bajo del mundo, tiene estupendas vistas del mar Muerto. Por encima, están los acantilados del desierto de Yehuda. 51 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, ducha y cuarto de baño, TV, café y mini bar (en algunas).
