Malmö –Probably most well -known for having hosted the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, Malmö is a great destination for groups looking to discover an alternative side of Sweden. The city is easy to get around and has a number of galleries, museums, gardens and shopping centres. One of the most famous attractions is the ‘Turning Torso’ which can be seen all over the city (its Scandinavia’s tallest building) and another must-see is Malmöhus Castle which was inhabited by the kings of Denmark in the 1500s, and used as a prison until 1914. Currently it houses a history museum, art museum, aquarium, and terrarium. If you are travelling here in August don’t miss the free Malmöfestivalen, which celebrates everything this diverse city has to offer. No matter what type of group you are, Malmö will be able to offer you something!
Orbero – Örebro is a beautiful town and is Sweden's cycling capital with lots of cycle lanes and plenty of opportunities to hire bicycles. For the less active group trips there are many attractions such as the castle which dates back to the 13th century. The town is also close to Lake Hjalmaren, the fourth largest lake in Sweden which offers a whole range of water sports.
Stockholm – Stockholm, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, and capital of Sweden, is built on 14 islands connected by 57 bridges. The beautiful buildings, the greenery, the fresh air and the proximity to the water are distinctive traits of this city.
