capliona suspension bridge: take a sea bus and and a bus from there. You need exact change for sea bus. Also visit the grouse mountain. Visit stanley park(use bicycle, it is must) You can rent good bikes at the end of burrard towards english bay. Also visit vancouver aquarium in the stanley park and the 4d imax inside. It is good experience.

Mostt places along Granville Street. I found the "Two Parrots" particularly good.

Again Granville Street at the weekend. Or if your daring,try the north end of Hastings Street. Some good lounges rond gthere. Jjust don't wander to far south...

AVOID San Francisco. It isn't very tourist friendly and most of the tours are over rated for what you pay - assuming you can get served, the queues are huge.
