There are some great hikes/bike rides around El Bolson. We did one trail that took us past Cabeza Del Indio (an Indian head carved into the rock) some great lookout points, the botanical garden, Hidden Waterfalls (leave about 5 hours). We also hiked the main trail to the lookout point over El Bolson. Take a remise to the starting point of the trail and hike up from there. There´s a place to eat and stay for the night at the top (bring a sleeping bag) and this incredible burnt-forest-turned-artwork where dozens of carved sculptures- you gotta see it yourself. We just wished we had another day to make it to the summit!

Definately try out the brewery! Close to El Pueblito, just outside town. Chocolate, rasberry, cherry, honey, & lots of original beers, great food.
