Realize that not everyone who stays there considers a pub crawl the height of entertainment. Coming from Australia, I can visit much better pubs and drink higher quality beer at home - I certainly didn't travel 5,000 miles to drink beer. How about more activities that all kinds of ages can enjoy such as trivia nights, pool competitions (since you have a table there), gaming competitions or even a poker game? Also, your movie nights need to be more varied.
