Day trips: Lake Bled, Radovljica (beekeeping museum & amazing old town centre), Skofja Loka (medieval town with exhibit at the castle - to save a little time, take bus to Kranj or Medvode and then change rather than going via Ljubljana). Scenic train route from Bled Jezero station/Bohinjska Bistrrica station down to Nova Gorica - the route follows the beautiful Soca river for much of the journey.

Cablecar up to Mt Vogel, walking around the lake, swimming, frescoes on the local churches, if you have time and want to see some history, visit the Dairy Farming museum in Stara Fuzina (local village) or the old 'black kitchen' house in Studor (village a little further on from Stara Fuzina).

The Vogel ski resort should not be missed. Take the ropeway to the top and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountain ranges and the whole of the valley. If you love walking, try to cover the most of the lake by foot. You can walk to Stara Fuzina and Studor, and have a feel of villages in Bohinj.

Almost nothing,it's a really quiet place,in Slovenia better choose the biggest cities Ljubljana,Maribor for nightlife,anyway Bohjny is a place for relaxin and outdoor activity holiday.
