Generally eating out is fairly expensive in Ljubljana. Good bread/cheese/fruit/charcuterie available in the market. |

We liked Bled and Bohjini, and the Alps in the northwest corner of Slovenia. Buses good, with (usually) air conditioning and lots of storage for rucksacks etc.. |

For sandwiches you should check out Paninoteka which is two minutes from hotel. There you can find all kind of homemade sandwiches (cca 4€) in homemade bread, soups (cca 2.5€) and juices (cca 2€). Go to Sokol and try mushroom soup in bread (cca4€). Its delicious. Opposite hostel its pizza cut (cca 2€ slice) restaurant. Try them!! If u need fruit or something else and buy that in normal prices try to find špar (spar-shpar). |

Go to National gallery and National museum. Go to Robert Mapplethorpe’s exhibition at national gallery and tr3. Try to find Metelkova Street where is alternative place to hang out. |
