26 Aug 2008 Robert, England & Wales (Traveller): Close to Latvian Border in the North East - Zarasi - lovely forests and lake with an island, great for cycling. However, we found that the pubs or cafes stop serving meals quite early, but there are a couple of supermarkets and our accommodation (not YHA) had a kitchen.
