A quiet tourist town, not a place to "howl", although a nice pizza restaurant was quite lively after 10:00pm and a jazz bar nearby also was still open after 10:00pm.

The historic old part of town. Tons of shops and restaurants, as well as 8 very fine and interesting museums. About US$2.50 for all eight! Many cobblestoned streets to investivate.
