great HI location; you are able to WALK, not take transport, to most locations to be visited: Lexington Market; Peabody Library and Cathedral; Arts Museum 2.5 miles north; 36Ave stroll in time warp, inner harbor bunker hill and Fort McHenry; learn history at the latter;

Went to the 8x10 to see a few bands good sound Wanted to check out the Metro Gallery but never had time. Around the hostel things seemed spotty like there'd be an interesting bar with music and then nothing for another block or two....Fell's Point seemed like the right place to go....day or night.

You can walk to Power Plant Live, it 's like 10 minutes away from the hostel it seemed a little over rated. Missed seeing the American Visionary Art Museum....oh well....next time.

dont come to baltimore unless your coming for a football or baseball game the citys very run down

on the phone, it took about 5 minutes for me to ask a member of staff which road from north to south the hostel is on. i knew it was on mulberry street, but which road from north to south?!?!?!?!!?!?!? come on how long had she worked there for? she kept giving me directions and wasn't listening to me. other than that, fantastic!!!!
