25 Jan 2009 Janice, Canada (Traveller): Not much in the way of budget meals that I found. However there was an inexpensive Peruvian restaurant just off the main Jose Larco drag, on San Martin. The only thing was there was no one in there. Most people seem to eat at McDonald's and Tony Roma's and stuff...western food.
