02 Jan 2009 Andrew, USA (Traveller): Decent pubs that are friendly to foreigners are "An Brog" on Oliver Plunkett street, or for a slightly more relaxed atmosphere try Thirsty Scholar on Western Road. It's not hard to find something to do if you walk 20-30 minutes down to City Centre
